Ordering by Fax/Mail:
McKenzie Associates provides all of its customers with secure ordering. However, should you wish to order one of our pet urns by fax or mail, we ask that you do the following:

 

  • Go through the entire product selection and ordering process.
  • Describe in detail the Urn finish and size you need.
  • Have your engraving information and any other special requests legible.
  • If you elect to not provide your credit card information prior to your faxing/mailing your order, we will telephone you for that information once we receive your order. Please add your Name and Number where we can contact you.

    Don't feel comfortable ordering products online? No problem! Feel free to call. To order by phone, please call 1.336.659.8486 during our customer service hours. Before calling, please note the Product Name or Number, the finish of the product you would like and the quantity of the items you wish to order.

    If you are connected with the voicemail system please have your full Name, telephone Number including area code and a brief description of your needs.

    Methods of Payment

    We accept the following methods of payment:
    • Credit cards - We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. If you order online, your credit card is typically charged within forty-eight hours of your order. If you order by phone, fax or mail, we do not charge your credit card until one day prior to shipping your pet urn. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
    • Check – Made payable to McKenzie Associates.

    * Please note we are unable to ship your products till we receive and cash a personal check. There will be a shipping delay. 

    Sales Tax

    If we are shipping your pet urn to a location within the State of North Carolina, we are required to collect the applicable sales tax of 7%.

    Orders outside the US:

    All funds are payable in US dollars.

     

    • The 50 US states, Puerto Rico and Canada a $5.00 shipping rate applies.
    • All International Orders please call, write or fax.
