We design and distribute high-quality cremation pet urns. McKenzie Associates is serving customers in the pet loss industry, serving primarily our wholesale customers such as pet cemeteries, pet crematories, funeral homes, humane societies, and veterinary hospitals so our products may already be familiar. Pet Praise is the retail website for a leading nationwide wholesale supplier of pet cremation urns.
Wholesale Shipping Disclaimer
Due to the various order sizes we receive and the vast area across the country that our customers are located, your shipping cost will be calculated once your order has been processed. At this time, we will be able to assess the shipping charges to your total. Unfortunately, Standard shipping rates do not apply to some locations, and must be calculated accordingly.
Credit Card customers: Once your order has been shipped, we will charge your credit card on file Friday for the total Invoice amount due (Order + Shipping). Example: Order shipped Wednesday, credit card will be charged Friday. If your order ships on a Friday prior to 2:30p.m. EST, we will process your credit card that day and send you both a copy of the Transaction receipt, and Paid Invoice.
Invoiced customers: Once your order has been shipped, we will calculate the total amount due (Order + Shipping) and send to you your total Invoice amount. Terms will be Net 30, and payments not received by the 30th day will be charge Finance Charges/Late Fees.
